Application of the case

The information that will be given for the case in the village court.

01	The application form must be submitted in writing
02	The Union Council to which the application will be made should have the address of the Union Council.
03	The applicant and defendant must have their name, address and identity.
04	The witness must have the name, address and identity of the witness.
05	The incident, the reason for the origin of the event, the place of the incident and the name, time, date of the union.
06	The type of complaint or claim, must be valued.
07	The amount of damages, the requested remedy must be.
08	The relationship between the parties should be mentioned
09	Witnesses should have a role.
10	If the case is filed late, the reason for it must be mentioned.
11	Applicant must have signature.
12	There should be a date for filing a lawsuit. (Clause 4)
